Vern, I redecorated our blog using "stretch denim," which I found highly appropriate. Feel free to re-do as the mood strikes. I'm not proprietary about anything but Fritos.
Fritos....mmmmmm.....hungry. I really should eat. But as soon as I do, the points start ringing up, and sooner than you know I'm at 23. How did that happen yesterday? I'll tell you:
4 peanut bar
1 coffee
2 pretzels
4 yogurt and granola (that's lunch folks)
3 Goldfish crackers (highly unsatisfying--I want my 3 pts back)
0 Bag o' carrots (forgot to list these the first time around)
9 Wendy's baked potato (5) with chili (4)
I did stock up on low-point goodness at the grocery store yesterday so I won't have to resort to Evil Goldfish again. Look for much more produce in today's log. I'm horrified by how unhealthy the above looks, out there for all to see.
