Are You the Biggest Loser?

Hey Vern: Remember our chat about how we should calculate how much we lost based on our body weight? (not that we're competing or anything) Here's the calculation:

(Weight Lost ÷ Weight Before Loss) x 100

So if someone weighed 150 lbs and lost 12 lbs, you'd do 12 ÷ 150 x 100 = 8%

Nothing a couple of math whizzes like ourselves shouldn't be able to handle. Too bad Ali's not one of The Girls, with her mind like a supercomputer.

In other news, I'm sad to report that my rash decision to get Wendy's after spending $101 at the grocery store cost me 9 points and bumped me right up to the upper end of my range for today. I'm at 23 and holding. Those mint Skinny Cows will have to wait another night. Sob.
