Not Yet my Friend!

I am not the Biggest Loser yet, but according to your formulation I want to lose 11% of my body fat at this point.  When it' s put like that it seems doable and I am going to refer to that formula weekly so I can say how much poundage I lose and percent!  What fun!

As reported during your desperate and hungry phone call last night Bets, I miscalculated and only left myself 7 pts for din din.  I had planned spaghetti and veggie meatballs seeing as how Reggie is sorta veggie now!  Hee hee....Anyway, 7pts was actually enough for a cup of cooked pasta, a 1/2 cup of sauce, and 3 meatballs.  An adequate serving and oddly, just enough.  I was sorta satiated although I think just because I am doing WW in general, I sorta was hungry later.  But I held strong and told myself I ate my allotment for the day.  I wasn't so hungry that I had to go for the carrots or cucumber I bought so I think I was fine.

Now, could you please explain yourself concerning the chili and baked potato controversy!?  I'm a little confused!

I already posted and forgot to tell what my percentage goal is: 10%. So, as I said on the phone, we're really in the same boat you and I regardless of pounds.
